Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. One of the vision therapy receptionists (Amy, I think) was beyond kind and accommodating to me, my dad, and my baby. I am so thankful for her! Dr. Rachal gave me a very comprehensive exam and explained everything. Her diagnosis was incredibly validating and I’m so happy to have found this clinic!
I just saw Dr Chang for a (late) annual vision checkup. This place is peaceful and the front desk folks are truly kind. Dr Chang is attentive and I never felt like I was being rushed through the routine. I always leave feeling like I got the most thorough eye exam around. She actually asked a question about my eye health that I completely forgot was a problem before! She's paying attention and I am so grateful for her expertise and care.
Dr. Chang is thorough, calm, and kind and doesn’t stop until she finds the perfect solution for any vision issues you have.
I highly recommend this doctor. This doctor saved me. She is smart, very kind and is the best in the industry.
