Been a glasses wear since 4th grade, which was about five chapters in my life time ago. So, it fair to say I have had a bit of experience with different offices. This place easily ranks atop of my best experiences. Will not bore you with the details of the drama, but will say this. Customer service is not dead, these dudes are proof of that. They went above and beyond apologizing for mistakes on my order which had no control over, and yet did everything (and then some) to make it right.
Dr. Chang is the best!! Love this clinic. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
