I went for a preventative exam and also had bridge work that was loose. At the initial exam he had me make an appt. for a debride cleaning due to more build up. He had me schedule another appt. to address the bridge, at that appt. he took it off and said that I had to have a whole new bridge done (I was very upset because this bridge was only 2 yrs old.) They helped me fix some very poor previous dental work (from an awful experience at another dental group). Dr. Saeks is very kind and I trust him fully. It's so nice to be able to feel comfortable with your dentist!

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable.
