Very knowledgeable and personable. Staff listens to your concerns and provide options to whats comfortable for you. They'll insure you age gracefully. 5 stars and I definitely recommend.
I was a loyal customer until they would not honor a groupon I purchased. I bought one under a different offering and they said it's only 1 per guest when I went to redeem it, while the fine print of the groupon did not say that. If they feel this way the groupon should say "not applicable for existing clients" instead of not honoring a different purchase. Hope it was worth losing a client!
Sonya Dorn is excellent. She explains the procedure thoroughly and I saw dramatic results with vi peel after the first one. On my second one!
