We had a wonderful experience at Nivi Jewellery. Rishi was very helpful and friendly, quickly addressing to our needs for my daughter's earrings.
Rishi has been very helpul when I was buying a jewelry for my daughter.
I have been here twice for repairs. The most recent being for a 1 inch round pendant that is textured, which by my own research I have read is much harder to work on than a flat piece. They electroplated the pendant in 14k gold, ans I have to say it looks better than the day I bought it. They estimated 2 days, and they were done in 1 and they discounted the agreed upon price, I didnt bargain them down, this was out of their own kindness. I'm very happy with my pendant.
