I love Dr Nagam. She is one of the sweetest people I have met. She was very nice, explained what I needed done as far as testing went, gave me a diagnosis and all. I have been seeing her for my Lupus since 2018. I never have an issue with getting my lupus medication refilled, shes always ahead of that. Any time I have a flare, she always makes sure I have my labs done to find what meds need to be given and at what dosages.
January 20, 2021 1st time visit with Dr Nagam, MD Benton Missouri Community Care Center Throughout the visit, I felt as if what I had to say about my medical concerns were insignificant. This doctor left me feeling angry, and upset!
Was referred by the dermatologist office in Cape Girardeau because the wait time was less. Well, now I know why. I was referred for a specific raison and she ended up ordering a full panel of test without advising me. Ended up with an extreme bill and nothing was concluded. When I called back to get some answers on the extra tests, I was told by her that she had no time to justify since she was a doctor and had better things to do. She is not a good doctor. She will refuse to fill your medications and she has a horrible bedside manner. Look elsewhere unless absolutely necessary.
She is a fantastic doctor, she has outstanding bedside manner. I’m doing better than I have in a decade under her care. I highly recommend her. She is the best Rheumatologist in the area.
