Dr. Gendy will lose patients because of the individuals she hire. I’ve been going to her for years and didn’t have a problem until she hired this rude woman by the name of Michelle. The woman was extremely rude so I asked her to mail my records. Then Mid sentence she hung up the phone when I asked her to spell the doctors full name. Doctors should be aware of the characters of their front staff.
