My experience with Nivalis Hospice was a very satisfying experience. The staff all showed empathy. My Mom was very well taken care of and they made sure she was comfortable all the way till the end. They guide me, directed me answer all my questions without hesitation. I lost my Mom in September 2024 and the staff still keep in touch with me to check in with me and my family. The Nivalis organization and staff are absolutely wonderful. I was going to interview several hospice companies for my dad, but after my meeting with Nivalis, I hired them on the spot and canceled the other interviews. The entire staff is great, but a special mention goes to Lori and Kim for the hands on care they provided to my parents who both passed in 2024.
