I had an Amazing hydra-facial! I’ve had my share of facials and this one by far was one of the best! Charmaine was so knowledgeable and suggested the right products to help clear up my acne. The spa was relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend! I’m booking my next one!
It was an okay experience. Ive had better results with Korean skincare products. I spent over $1000+ on skin care products that didnt really help and she was pushy about selling the products (zo skin). I give 2 stars for knowledge but thats it. We are in a recession, being pushed to buy skin care out of our budget and facials is not necessary. There are cheaper alternatives out there.

I absolutely love Nivali! I started going to Nivali about 1.5-2 years ago now due to having some acne issues and very dry skin. I was wanting to start using better skin care and possibly get some treatments but I wasnt sure where to start.
