Charmaine is knowledgable and honest in her treatments. I enjoy the no-nonesense and no upsell. Yes, boutique product is pricey, but my experience is that it works for my issues. Charmaine helps find what works with my budget and I see results. I highly recommend Nivali to anyone.

I had an excellent HydroGlow facial experience today that included Laser Genesis on my face and neck (stimulates collagen) and the Forma Eye, Chin & Neck Lift. Charmaine has been my #1 Aesthetician for about 15years. I trust her expertise using her equipment. She is always upgrading her training and very aware of changing trends in the industry. She also carries a variety of great products at different price ranges that actually work!
I had an Amazing hydra-facial! I’ve had my share of facials and this one by far was one of the best! Charmaine was so knowledgeable and suggested the right products to help clear up my acne. The spa was relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend! I’m booking my next one!
