Went here for a test ride of NIU BQi-C3. Signed a waiver and left a credit card. Rode around Kapiolani Park. Nice bikes. Friendly staff. Fast service..The business also rents out ebikes, mopeds, scooters...etc.... I love this place. ebikes are pretty good. Good dealer support and service. I ended up purchasing an E-Bike from this place. I purchased an NIU BQi-C3 pro. A belt driven ebike that can do 28 mph pedaling and 20 mph with the throttle. Had the best experience with Niu! Rowdy has helped us with all our concerns starting from our date of purchase, speed unlock and now with 2 repairs that we needed for our bike. Thank you so much Rowdy! Definitely recommend buying a scooter with Niu and all their helpful staff.
Aloha, I have been purchasing scooters n mopeds from Hawaiian Styles (who owns Niu Honolulu) for 5 years now. I have purchased two gas powered and now an electric Niu. I have never been dissatisfied with their service and feel like a valued customer. Buy local, and trust they will take care of every need you have with your scoot!
Brandon was super helpful! He answered all my questions and concerns with no hesitation and knew everything about the products! I would recommend 100% if yo I are going electric to visit this store.
