I brought my NIU kqi3 max in for fixing because there was a red 12 showing up when i push the acceleration after 2 weeks they texted me to come pick up my scooter and told me its a motor problem and that they didn't want to do the warranty on it because my warranty was only for 1 year and it's 2 years old so they gave me back my NIU kqi3 max 0 charge because they didn't fix it "WTF" thanks for wasting my time for 2 whole weeks now I'm back where i started trying to find someone who can fix my scooter
These guys are super hardworking, friendly, helpful and fast. Fixed my scooter in no time and even helped me save $$ on some other parts.

If you purchase a Nui Way KQi3 Max scooteplease go into the settings via the app and untick cruise control if it is ticked.This is a VERY DANGEROUS feature as it sets the speed itself..every 7-5 seconds if going the same speed. The user really has no idea when the cruise control will set and because of this, I had a VERY AWFUL incident take place about two month after buying it. I was coming up to an intersection and the light was red, there were cars going through the intersection. I prepared to slow or brake with my finger... read more
