Best pizza place in the world donairs are amazing staff rocks there menu is pretty tasty
We have been coming here for 7 years now and it is one of the places we go whenever my family likes to have pizzas. Unfortunately, the service and place has come down significantly. Their pizzas is one of the best in town but customer service has to improve especially showing enthusaism to customers that have been coming down for many years. We will still come here but please hear our suggestions as we really enjoy the times we always see a smiling face.
The best in St. Albert. It has been our go to spot for over 25 years. Try the ground beef with pineapple and donair sauce for my favorite.
The service is what turns me off When I call an order in and am put on hold numerous times just trying to order pizza, I’m disappointed. When I’m then told that it will be 20-25 min and I arrive at the 30 min mark and it is being reported to “just being made” and I have to ask you how long that will be and I get “5-10 min”, I’m annoyed. It’s not peak hours by any means. I wait for staff to finish a conversation before even address me and then it’s more important for the cashier to be with her back to the till on her phone?
