Being of Indian descent, I'm embarrassed to see yet another Indian body shop recruiting company have no regard for ** laws and customs. I've asked to be removed from their mailing list multiple times, yet keep getting spammed with emails - most have nothing to do with my background or are in a different city.

Disgusting approach to email use. No email database list etiquette. Have asked them multiple times to head-office, recruitment agents in ******, sales office in *** and international and even through their web site to remove my email from their database, but still keep sending me irrelevant job offers that are not even in the same city or even within 6 hours of where I'm located. I was unable to successfully unsubscribe from the Nityo distribution list, after no less than 4 attempts. The vast majority of recruiters don't even send an active unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email (illegal!). Nevertheless, clicking on the unsubscribe link seem to accomplish nothing. I tried 4 times over 2 weeks and still get spammed 3-4x/day with jobs, most of which aren't even close to what I do. Avoid at all cost. Black list the company domain immediately.This companies recruiters continually ignore unsubscribe requests and for each unsubscribe I get new emails from new recruiters within the company. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY if they cannot follow basic email etiquette and follow the laws regarding communications. I received an email, with requirements, from a recruiter with Nityo. I am a solid candidate. The recruiter wrote back saying I am overqualified and did not respond to my reply explaining I am not overqualified. So, I moved on and attempt working with another recruiter out of *********** **. She requested my resume. I sent a resume and tailored a good fit paragraph explaining why I may be a great fit and my enthusiasm. I never heard back from her either.
