We discovered our daughter had lice on a Saturday afternoon and contacted Nitwits desperate for help. Even though they were closed, Ms. Mariana met us at the office, sold us a DIY kit, and patiently walked us through the process. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I’ve never had to treat for lice in my 18 years as a parent until I took in my niece and nephew. It has been a rough summer fighting it with 4 kids. I’ve cried and spent so much money on different kinds of “treatments” that did not work… Mrs. Mariana was so kind and helpful when I first called and told her my situation. I’m happy to say both she and Mrs. Wendy were so fun and made my children and I very comfortable as they were treating their heads. I learned a lot and will 100000/10 recommend them to anyone!!!! Love them
Mrs. Wendy and Mrs. Mary were both wonderfully and very patient with my kiddos. I have no doubt they took care of the problem. I highly recommend anyone that has any signs of lice see them !
