I really like this place. Fast and nice maintenance team, clean and nice space, especially for the price. It's a 10-minute walk to Beaver Ave, but it helps you get your steps in, and the walk is scenic. Not to mention for upperclassmen, it's a short walk to the bars. Furnishing is great, and we really haven't had any problems. Only issue is that we sometimes have small bugs, but nothing bad like roaches or anything.
