Dr. Hartley is the BEST there is, ever was, ever will be. Dr. Harley takes his time; never rushed. He focuses on your problem and like "magic", the pain is gone. I have walked in his office after 4 days of a headache. Honestly, when I leave, the headache is gone. Dr. Hartley cares about his patients.
