Inability to correctly spell forwarding address is unbelievable. If you’re not sure about how to spell something just ask.
Renters beware: You will not get your full deposit back and the charges for simple things like light bulbs and painting are exorbitant. The insulation is poor and the windows don’t fully close, so we had a fly problem that we had to take care of ourselves. The maintenance came in whenever with no warning and walked in the apartment with dirty boots. Also they are very unprofessional and are poor at their job. Very lovely place to live. Lived for 3 years during PSU Grad School. Most apartments in area look similar, but the price and excellent maintenance team here sets them apart. The maintenance staff was always on point and quick to fix any problems or replace appliances. Enjoyed living here, only reason moving is because done with schooling. The apartment is not the most luxurious space, but is a great cost-effective option in the area. No complaints, no notes.
