if I could give a ZERO I would.!! my husband bought a hornet duel stage nitrous plate. we took it out of the box put it on the car and due to this BRAND new item not spraying like it should on one side after getting it tested... paid to have the item sent back they went through it claim to have fixed the problem then call and tell us they need 23$ to ship it back when ask for a refund... so I'd advise if you can buy your nitrous stuff off someone else other then nitrous outlet I would! #zerostars. the company itself is just ... read more

Hello Amy! While I understand your frustration, the plate that your husband sent in to us was not a warranty issue. Upon inspection, we found his plate to be full of some sort of grease or gel that we do not use in the assembly of this plate system. We would recommend a full inspection of the fuel system in his vehicle. Since this was not a warranty claim, return shipping is not free. We also did not charge him any labor in the inspection, cleaning and testing of this plate. I have attached an image of what I'm describing. P... read more
Terrible customer service. within about a month's time, I have bought their refill station and a stinger 2 race kit. I have spent upwards of 3000 dollars with this company within that month you'd think I would get a little better service. Stinger 2 race kit came with a defective nitrous solenoid. I called nitrous outlet they wanted photos of a bad solenoid.... WHAT?? how am I going to take a photo of a solenoid pouring nitrous into my manifold.... would not warranty a win max window switch that was wired correctly and blamed it on a msd box that had no power to it it was anyones fault but their own claimed the tach signal board was fried he very cautious of their lack of warranty
