Suburban jeep of Farmington Hills require their customers to purchase this nitrofill warranty and won't let you purchase the vehicle without it. The biggest scam I've seen in any dealership because they also don't give you much information about the warranty, just a pamphlet. The first time I had to use the warranty they took a couple days to approve the claim. Bogus , don’t bother . I paid for a policy and when it was time for them to put up, they did not pay . Don’t waste your Money or Your time they suck .

Terrible company with even worse customer service agents. The agents are not helpful at all and seem like they don’t want to work. I moved and was trying to find a station and the agent just said to go online and didn’t even bother to try to assist at all. I went online and the nearest facility it 30 miles away. Piece of crap company and piece of crap service. I wish I saw these reviews before adding this service. On top of that, there’s no special air just the tire valve I came to find out. Company is basically a scam!
