Absolutely Terrible customer service! Was simply asked to replace the & sign with the word and on my logo he was designing, he refused to do it. Also heavily criticized a few of my suggestions (felt talked down too) only reason I'm leaving a review is because he promised to return my 200$ deposit which was his suggestion not mine. Still waiting on my 200$ deposit back. It's been 13 months. Signplicity took care of my logo. Not only were they extremely nice, they also were cheaper. We have worked with John on a several major projects. He is great at working with the design ideas we have and making it pop! A few of the projects have been large and he is great at making the images flow and work together. We are happy and will keep coming back!
