After receiving 3 quotes, I selected Nitro Roofing mainly due to the high reviews on Google and them having reasonable and fair pricing (when compared to the other quotes). During the quoting process, the sales representative was fantastic, he answered all my questions, which I had many, and made me feel very comfortable moving forward. Nitro Roofing took care of our project from start to finish. TWIA originally rejected the claim, but Nitro ensured the damage was replaced fairly. Whole roof replacement including patio. Duane Burdick was our rep and was very detailed and communicative.
Very happy with the entire experience. They helped me navigate the insurance company which I wouldn’t have known how to do. The work was prompt and on time. This group is very professional.
