Nitro is brilliant. The best property management company I have used. The owner Mike goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide an unparalleled level of service. I do not live in Kansas City and was dealing with a management company that was not performing and Mike stepped in and sorted out the issues and got the properties back on track. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nitro.
Do some contract work for Nitro and I aint never had any problems. Hell, I would like to make more money but i think they are fair and are always trying to help someone out. Ellen their office manager is a feisty one.
