Despite heading to India soon, I wanted to get my jewelry repaired locally in the South Bay. I went to Nitin Jewelers and met with Varsha and Paresh who were extraordinarily generous with their time and were so professional. They understood my jewelry repair needs and attended to those needs immediately. I would very highly recommend this jewelry store to everyone in the area.

5 stars to this jewelry store for its warm, caring service. We visited to have our toddler’s tight anklets removed, and both the owner and staff were exceptionally kind and patient. The lady staff member comforted our nervous child, offered candy, and gently handled the removal, while the experienced goldsmith quickly and skillfully completed the task in minutes. The store didn’t charge for the service at all, something that another store would have charged for! Full five stars for their kindness and professionalism!

We visited Nitin Jewelers today to remove my 6-year-old daughter’s earrings. The staff was very kind and gentle, and the removal was quick and painless. They didn’t charge us anything and also shared remedies to relieve ear pain, which we truly appreciated. Great service!

I went to Nitin Jewelers to exchange jewelry for my brother's marriage. They were very patient and helpful. Smitha found styles that suited me and the owner exchanged my gold for a fair price. No hassle. If you have 22k gold you want to exchange this is the place to go to.
