very bad We had a very bad experience out here.Firstly when we entered the store it was crowded and we had to wait for almost an hour to check out the items.After waitng for such a long time the owner came to us and he dint even spend 2minutes to show us the ear rings we were lukng for.He says that he dont want to spend much time for this small item as others were buying big items. He was just least bothered to show us. they only give importance to people who buy big..the way he was speaking was so rude..and his wife is one ... read more

sr software engineer Very Bad Experience with Nitin jewellers, totally cheating, Please beware of NITIN the owner. I gave the gold coins 400 gms of weight and order the items, I clearly explained about the designs and shape , size and colour of the rubies, emeralds and cz etc with colour pictures. I didn't say any objection about the price of the stone and making time(he said 8 weeks, some times 10 weeks also he mentioned). I have been waiting for 6 months. Pathetic customer service – I bought two Canadian maple coins from here. Paid the deposit on day 1 since they did not have the coins, and went to collect the coins on day 2. The price of gold had gone up the 2nd day, and they were very hesitant to give the coins. In fact, the store proprietor took cash, and was hesitant to even return the $5 change that he owed me. cheating... cheating...pricing they consider the $ rate equal to when they made their jeweller back in india - i bought jewelery when $ was = 50 indian rupees, found the price is too high when compared (in just less than two days of purchase), went to check found dumb stuck when he price according to 1$ = Rs 36 it was still 50$ above in the market, lost around $700 --cheating....!

I had a pretty bad exp with them, lost a huge amount of money. i dont trust them, won't buy again or let some one whom i know buy from here ...NO WAY...!

Not a good experience at Nitin Jewelers Decided will never visit this place. I had been to this place 2 years ago. That time salesperson was good and spend sometime showing the items requested. When I visited recently he was very rude. All I can say if you are buying expensive item than you will get good service. Else they don't even care. I really repent why did I even sent my relatives and friends to this shop saying that they are good. Anymore I will never suggest this shop to any of my friends or relatives. HORRIBLE Customer service.. – They do not care for the customers.. There are so many others so try to get your items from others than facing such rude people in this shop. They have an attitude which nobody can tolerate.. Pathetic service. Avoid if you can.

ok I have been to this place once before. First impression - not very good but would say ok, it was too crowded when i went and so had to wait for someone to attend to me. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes finally someone came to help. No complaints from that point onwards. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me a lot of variety in what I was looking for. Must say - impressive collection. I bought a bracelet that I wanted to gift to someone. I have not gone there again,not because I don't like the place or anything ... read more
