So I haven't even been seen yet but this rating is based off of the reception I scheduled an appointment for my son and everything was good I got a call back saying my insurance was denied so I told them that I would like to cancel the appointment because I want to figure everything out I don't want to get in trouble for not being able to pay for this appointment. We saw Dr. Chanana after an emergency visit with one of my children. We have never had someone take the time to sit down and explain to us what was happening and why it is happening. I knew very quickly that not only were we in the presence of a brillant doctor, but also a very kind man. If you are in need of a pediatric cardiologist, we could not recommend him any higher. We are very thankful for the time he and his staff gave to our family. He is a blessing to have in right here in Oklahoma.
This doctor is AMAZING! I would give 10 stars if I could. He read our daughter like a book and after 4 years of searching finally have answers!!
The rating is soley based on the receptionist! She is extremly rude. If you are going to have someone be the face/person who operates the phone then make sure they have proper ettiquette & they are respectful, especially since this is a place that works with kids. Considering going somewhere else, which is a shame because I didn't even give Dr. Chanana a chance and I was referred here.
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and taking care of our son. Thanks so much for the disability accommodations as well.
