Ashley Young has helped me twice with my Nite Rider woes. The light is WONDERFUL, she has been instrumental with her excellent customer service and quick responses to assure I have what I need to ensure I am satisfied. I bought this light because I have always had NiteRider Headlights, she replaced a bad lens for me and replaced the light that I lost that popped off the bracket. NiteRider lights are the very best money can buy! I would not be without it, ever! I ride over 3,000 miles on mountain bike a year and always have the NR light. Mine is a Lumina 750 (2016) and it just keeps recharging and running great. It is waterproof and works good up here in Colorado at cold temperatures. I ride if it is above freezing so many days are in the 30s. The on-off button had a minor tear in the plastic from years of use. I think being out in the uv light so much affected the plastic. I have several headlights (1500 and 2500) and taillights (all Omega 330). Both are excellent products with shared features and slightly different use-cases. The 1500 is great for a short MTB or longer commute, and I use it for the latter category. The 2500 is incredibly bright and good for serious MTB use. Both headlights have the NiteLink system, which is one of the coolest things about their products. Pair the headlight with the taillight, and control the taillight with the headlight controls.
