First time ordering. Placed an order for delivery, the person who took the order didn't repeat my address back to me or ask for my apt number, I had to give it to him before he hung up. Over an hour later, the driver calls my phone, I return his call and apparently he has the wrong address and asks me if I want the pizza delivered. I ask him if it's hot he says yes. The pizza was basically room temperature upon arrival. Super disappointed.

We ordered last week and our calzones were cold, hardly any cheese and dry. Was told by the young man that in order to get an ooey gooey pizza/ calzone we would have to eat in store...Um no. I've been ordering nite train pizza for YEARS!! Well we got our credit and ordered last night and it was as expected!! Delish! Just like normal!! I will chalk our bad experience up to either new employee or understaffed!!

Pizza was ok but the druggie working gave our pizza to someone else so had to wait for another one made but they did give me a whole $5 off my order LOL
