Bill has been a friend of the family a long time and always great with me and was with my dad when he was alive. Bill doesn’t fix things that don’t need it and is honest about my car(s). Pricing is great! I recommend coming here for your car troubles, small to large. Never want to change mechanics if u can help it so I come from Pittsfield to still have Bill help me out. I am so pleased with the service at Nite Owl. Bill Gardner (owner) is very pleasant, professional, and honest. He fixed the brake lines in my mother's vehicle and charged me $300+ less than any estimate I received from other establishments. Recently Nite Owl replaced all four brake pads and rotors, charging me at least half of what I would have paid anywhere else. And NO problems whatsoever. Had a engine in my Honda CR-V replaced they did a great job engine runs really good and Bill and his guys worked over the weekend to get it done.Very reasonable priced every where else i went wanted double the money!!! Thank you To Bill and his guys for a great job!!!!! David Benoit
If anyone needs any car repairs I suggest using Nite Owl on River St. I cannot express how helpful and wonderful they were in helping me fix my car. And I still feel like I should have paid them more than what they charged, but I’ll take it. It’s nice to know there are still wonderful businesses in our area that truly care about the customer and what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for anything!
