BUYER BEWARE! NITA MED SPA BOTCHED MY NOSE BEYOND REPAIR! I went to Nita Med Spa and was treated incorrectly for removing broken capillaries from my nose. Prior to my visit for said treatment. I asked the lead esthetician if their laser equipment is safe. The lead esthetician assured me it was safe and to not worry. The lead esthetician ambushed my entire nose.
