I had someone come out for detection and removal services about a week ago. In the moment, I was thrilled because not only did it feel thorough but I was comfortable because this company has a "100% guarantee." Unfortunately I found more lice in all 3 of my daughters hair roughly 2 weeks after our appointment. No problem, right!? This company has a 100% guarantee... WRONG!
