I worked with Ron and had a great experience, we went to see a specific car , he had it out front ready for us to rest drive. We like it I had a price in mind which was less than theirs he and Gary the sales manager worked with us and we got very close to the number I was looking for. We closed the deal and we brought the car home that day. Would recommend Evans Chevrolet to anyone.
While the staff was friendly and got me right in for service the technician did not test the system (as outlined in the GM workflow) after programming the control module. The system did not function correctly after the programming and I had to take the vehicle to another dealer to fix the issue as I was traveling.
Ron Gossard is a good person to work with. He gave you information but did not get pushy. He would give you options and give you space to discuss with your spouse. The overall experience was positive.
