Nistebox crystallizes the quintessential food truck experience-- fresh and healthy food, original and ever-changing menu, cheerful and happy staff, and a multi-cultural experience to boot. Just as the government declared war on terror and drugs, and created more of both, they need to declare war on food trucks.....the world needs more of this type of rolling restaurant! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best. Burritos. Ever. I've had some good authentic Mexican food, but Nistebox has the best burritos I've ever had. 10/10. ��
Excellent FISH TACOS!!! Crispy skin, two flaky whitefish served in wrap fashion The fresh salsa that includes fruit:) Side sauces that are deep flavors that accompany the fried tortilla chips. Also, try the strawberry limeade drink!!!
Great spot for fish tacos and our tween loves the sweet potato/black bean burrito. Vegan upon request. Thank you!

The homemade chorizo breakfast burrito is delicious! I have eaten at this place five or six times this season already. The owners are great their food is delicious the experience is a must.
