Butch as you might expect for a guide, was phenomenal. He contacted us the night before to make sure he had the appropriate bait and gear for what we wanted to do the next day. He was 15 minutes early at the ramp, and had everything ready. He was an easy conversationalist. He shared what he was thinking and what we were doing. He answered every question my group had, and provided education on how his equipment works and why he choose what he did for us on that particular day. We thought our guides Nate and Chris were very knowledgeable fishermen and very knowledgeable about the lake. We had a great day catching fish with them. We would highly recommend them to anybody.

Butch did excellent job finding the fish. His knowledge of the lakes, tackle, and presentation is priceless. To top it all off, he 's down to earth, funny, and enjoyable to fish with. We had two days with Nate last weekend. Even in less than ideal conditions, he got us onto some great keeper walleye and northerns both days. I appreciate his hard work in scouting ahead of time and he was a blast to hang out with. Will definitely go again with him if back in the area!!
