Took my Infiniti in for a serious service issue. Took it to other repair shops, each shop said it was a different problem with expensive repair options. Took it to Infiniti of Charlotte where I bought the car and they said $5600.00 to repair. Kept looking and heard about Nisstech and the great honest service work they do. Dropped the car with Jeff the owner and he told me the next day that it was probably an engine software upgrade and would not cost more than $120 or $130. Paid him $80 for the diagnostic. I was recommended to this shop by a friend here in Charlotte! The customer service is great! And they are very knowledgeable about aftermarket parts and have business relations with Z1 Motorsports. I highly recommend them for factory Nissan maintenance and performance products as well! BEST customer service! I’ll certainly be back in the near future.
The ONLY place I would take my Nissan for servicing and any repairs. Honest and trustworthy are words that are usually not used for auto mechanics, but these guys are that and more!
