Such a great location downtown! An historic building with lots of charm. The management is very friendly and professional and the maintenance crew is very responsive. The few times that I had a maintenance issue it was resolved the same day. I loved my time living there and would highly recommend it.

It's a nice, pet friendly apartment that is routinely cleaned as even has security. However, I have gotten nonstop headaches since moving here. Additionally the windows have no bug mesh or safety feature and ventilation inside the apartments feels poor. Also the appliances are much older than I would have expected. I'm pretty sure the fridge in my apartment is the same age as me.
Lived at the location for 5 years and loved all of it. Any requests I had for maintenance or other issues were usually resolved same day. Suzy and Rodney are some of the best property managers you will ever meet.
