It's wonderful. So clean and the management is the best. Lots of building get togethers. I plan on staying a LONG time
In preparation of moving into the Nissen building, I can only say; fantastic! Tara, the Leading Manager, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, she knew each floor plan by detail and is a plethora of information for a newbie to the Winston-Salem area. For a tenant to be needing movers, a qualified contractor to put furniture together, hang TVs and do miscellaneous other items, and accept deliveries prior to move-in. Just moved here this past month from out of state, the process in doing so is already stressful enough as is but from the moment I reached out to Tara (the property manager)to walking into my brand new apartment, she has made the process for me as smooth as humanly possible. She worked with me on getting a move in date that worked for me, to showing extensive photos and videos of the rental, to even taking in packages that I had sent in before I arrived. I absolutely love it here at the Historical Nissen Building. Because of the era in which the building was constructed, the apartments are very quiet…I have never heard my upstairs neighbors walking or talking. The granite, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring compliment the spacious floor plans. The entire staff is attentive to our needs…they are more like family to us. I recently apply for an apartment with the PMG Group at the Niessen Bldg. Unfortunately, I was unable to get an apartment with them because Rodney Davis took such a long time to process my application that I went with another company. The application fee os $500 and the PMG Group will not reomburse you your money
