What a pain !! My 2017 Bolt EV had a recall for the batteries and also had the "Service Camera Warning". It was just not clear what this service was going to be. After the service, I picked up my car and immediately notice a lot of warnings on my dashboard. It took another day to fix that. The day after I picked up the car and again the "Camera Warning". I bought a car from them in July last year. Got pressured into buying a service/maintenance contract, which I was told I had 60 days to change my mind on. Went back in early September (within 60 days) to cancel it, signed the paperwork with the finance guy, and was told I'd get a refund within a week. It's now five months later, I've called at least 50 times, spent at least 4 hours on hold, left dozens of messages, spoken to half a dozen people, and am STILL waiting for them to finalize the cancellation. I got my Used Chevy Volt from this dealership in 2011, during the walk around, i noticed the rear parking assist sensors were missing (they were empty holes in the bumper) i asked the manager to fix it before i buy it and he said "no, we dont touch that" which was ok with me, i go the car anyway. I recently(XXXX) made a phone call to this dealership to ask what they would charge for 4 new tires (purchase and install) they said $1,500.00, so i made an appointment. I brought my car in for a clogged washer fluid nozzle, then ended up with a dead battery the following day. I had to buy a new battery when it was working fine before I took it in to have a nozzle replaced. Two weeks after replacing the battery my dashboard went out and so did my onstar system. I contacted onstar, I was informed that it was a electrical problem. I do recall smelling something burning and hearing a crackling sound coming from the dashboard after having the nozzle replaced. Horrible experience. There were promises made by salesman and they were not kept. I received a bill on my first lease that wasn't supposed to happen. Terrible customer service. From 10/1/19 to date 11/5/19, I've sent emails and made calls to several people there, still no answers

Don't even come to this deler , by far it's the worst, I bought at least 6 car from deler with no problems, here my trade in they haven't paid off after almost 3 months, I spoke to them like 3 time and they don't care, please if you want a Chevrolet go to another deleship
