I recently brought my 1998 Nissan frontier up to Ciocca Nissan In York, for an alignment and inspection, My service advisor William thoroughly explained to me Everything that was done and needed to be done. Came in for an inspection and after some unfortunate news the staff was absolutely amazing. I was made comfortable every step of the way, my service was completed hours before it was meant to be done. This was the best service I’ve ever received

William and Kelsie were both phenomenal! William's customer service was exemplary! His demeanor is engaging and friendly. He communicated quickly, frequently, and clearly.
