Worst experience, I am not happy with my purchase, big scam 2 days 9k depreciation
I recently had my Nissan Altima serviced at Auto Giants Nissan in Woodbridge,Va. Very attentive ,and courteous staff Always well greeted . Very professional and knowledgeable. Always fix my car right the first time. Been going there to buy and service my automobiles for over 25 years. Nice to have a reliable place to have your car serviced. Well managed dealership.
The service department by far is the best service department I have ever dealt with. My service advisor is Kirsten Wright and she has been great during each one of my visits to Auto Giants Nissan of Woodbridge. My cars have always been fixed properly on the first visit to them. I would highly recommend them for all your service needs.
Dishonest and possibly thieves: they performed same service twice less than a month apart. Took car for prepaid service and they recommended brake fluid change and I agreed to it. It looked like they just wiped down the brake fluid reservoir but they are the experts, right?. A few weeks later my mother came to renew the safety inspection and they “recommended” to change the brake fluid and she did. Someone is being dishonest and trying to cheat us and it’s not me. Shame on you Randy Blanco.
