They are easy to work with and fast
Absolutely disgusting this service center tried to take advantage of a 95 year old man 😡 Told him he needed front brakes for $1,000 and he took it to an independent shop to double check. Technician checked, and the brakes were perfectly fine with plenty of life left and good rotors. Can't imagine how many other times this has worked on vulnerable Granbuy residents.
Simone was outstanding n communicating what my vehicle with 167k miles needed. I got a quote and there were no hidden fees. I saw her immediately and didn't wait for help. My vehicle was ready in the time frame she estimated. They've helped me twice in the past with issues and always repaired efficiently and fairly. I highly recommend their service department.
