Above and beyond service department with advisors that care, techs that know what they are doing and management that follows through and makes it all flow like a fine machine. I am impressed. Had an issue with my Frontier. They made it run right again and answered all of my questions. Everyone involved was helpful above and beyond what one might expect. A pleasure to work with people that really care about the customer. Thank you ALL!!!

Didn't listen and tried to say certain services needed done when two of those services had been completed that morning.
It’s obvious no care is being put into customer service here. The people that have left good reviews were just lucky they’ve had acceptable experiences, it’s the exception, not the rule. Warning! If you were planning on bringing your vehicle in for a routine repair or check up… you should know that they might lose track of your car, call you to say it’s ready when it is NOT, confuse you with another customer, string you along promising it’s almost ready while you are expected back at work, and even refuse to provide shuttle ... read more
