Definitely recommend! I went in for my usual maintenance, oil change, and tire rotation/alignment. They're open on Saturdays which is a huge plus with my busy work schedule. The service scheduling process is straightforward and on the day of, there was zero hassle. Someone was there to assist as soon as I pulled over. I was also updated throughout the service by the advisor Steven. No complaints, just great customer service - Ask for Steven!
I've lived in San Jose for twelve years and tried a few different service centers for my Nissan. This one is the only one I've kept coming back to consistently. The combination of honest advisors and technicians who know the brand is hard to find together.
I went for my first service and I got an excellent attention.
Good value for dealership service. Think it was around sixty or seventy dollars for the oil change and inspection, which is competitive compared to the quick lube places I've used, especially with the free car wash included.
The service lane here moves faster than most dealerships I've been to. Pulled in, a service advisor came out within a minute or two, keys taken, paperwork started. That initial efficiency sets the right tone for the visit.
