I went in last week after speaking with Bryan over the phone when I arrived and asked for Bryan it turns out there is two of them. Now it made since why he said he was Bryan with a Y. Bryan came out and introduced himself and just made some small talk with me as he checked in my 2012 Altima after he was done checking it in he should me my maintenance options went over all the recommendations with me and then told me what he would do if it was his car. I recently did service for my 2016 rogue and Bryan Hather, went above and beyond in making sure I had a great service. He explained all the options, which were necessary and not. He also showed me how I can replace my cabin filter when I asked for it. Also Sergeo helped a lot few days back similarly for my 2015 Infiniti and I highly recommend him as Well.
