My service representative Rachel was on top of everything and kept me updated regularly. In addition, she has advocated for me and ensured i had received the best price possible. When I was about to leave and noticed a small reset was likely needed she literally ran to grab the last technician (I wish I knew his name bc he was just about in his car and came back with an amazing attitude) and they did a quick reset and sent me on my way. My time is so limited, I really appreciated that. Thank you!
