Attempting to contact their service department is a literal nightmare, just endless useless AI answering machines, unless you have warranty work you can get for free steer very clear of this place for maintenance
Excellent customer service here. Came in for oil and tire rotation. Rachel took care of me without an appointment and had everything ready within an hour. Sales department was helpful too. I didn’t get the sense they were just trying to sell me as I’ve experienced at other Nissan dealerships and were actually helpful.
