Very unprofessional. Did not have the car ready and waiting like they said they would. When they went to retrieve it, the battery was dead. After getting the Jeep started, they presented it to me filthy and in terrible shape. It was one of the highest prices I had seen for this particular model and in the worst condition of them all. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle that I went to look at, but the sales person was excellent to deal with and I would make a purchase here if the vehicle was what I was looking for. Much better than most dealers I’ve been to over the years.

Got back to me quickly to let me know car was available.
Was contacted. But was told their truck WASN'T available for Leasing , when in fact I know for sure Nossan trucks are available to lease. Got tired of the back and forth incorrect information. So finally they said theyd not be able to Help me And the conversation stopped at that point.

I never got in to see the Camry, but the email and phone conversations I had were friendly and positive. They certainly made every effort to make a visit possible. They were understanding when I was unable to make the trip to see the car. I would do business with them again should the opportunity arise.

Ted/Sandra/Paul were all awesome great to deal with and a big help.i can't say enough about them. I drove 2 hour to get to dealer to pickup new truck and was worth every second.fast friendly no pressure price was great great to deal with..i will send friends there,thanks again Bill

I bought a 2014 nissan murano from nissan of norwich and it was by far the best car buying experience i ever had....they had the car ready washed with a full tank of gas.... we knew what we wanted and left an hour later with the exact car we were looking for.....Dan was our salesman and he took the time to hook up our phones to the bluetooth and a quick lesson on how everything works.... as a business owner myself it shows that the management team takes pride in hiring people that really want to be there and take pride in a ... read more
