Mike in the service department and all of the staff involved really made sure that I got everything I needed done so that I could get on my way with my car. They helped me with a loaner and made sure that the issues with my car were addressed. This is the first car that I have paid for on my own and they understood this and did everything to make me welcome and important throughout the whole process.
If you need help, they are all very good, but for car repairs, look for Fabiola; she explains everything clearly and addresses any questions or concerns you might have—and she speaks Spanish. For sales specialists, look for Carlos and Edgar; they are the best.
Service is quick, polite and efficient. Guys do their best to help. Mike helped me with the issue that could take me few hours to resolve via official Nissan.
