I received fast, friendly service when my car broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. Communication from Karlie was exceptional throughout the diagnostic and repair process. I was offered a loaner at no cost to me. I say this was a top-notch experience and I will keep going back for all my service and repair needs.
I’m giving that a one star, but if I could give it zero stars I would I flew up from California to get a 2024 Aria E force platinum as soon as I drove it off the lot. I didn’t even make it two hours before the car would no longer charge try eight different charge stations Finally found one at work and it took two days to get it home once I got home service engine lights were flashing.
