On 11/25/25 I had to buy a new car. I had the misfortune to encounter sales representative Justin Boyd who has systematically been lying, deceptive and unwilling to address concerns. At the time of purchase on 11/25/25, I was quoted 1999.00$ for a tint job for the new car along with inclusive PMA pre-paid maintenance. I agreed to have the vehicle tinted. We just bought a Nissan Murano and our salesman was Justin English. He was easy to work with, informative and extremely professional . Everyone in the office was friendly and went out of their way to make our time there more pleasant. The manager was very cordial and we felt very comfortable . I highly recommend this dealership.

If you need a mechanic you can actually trust, stop looking, this is the place. I’ve lived in a few different states, and I’ve never found a shop more honest, fair, or hardworking. They treat you like a valued customer, not a sale. 10/10 every time!

the service here is so dissapointing as i bought my truck there and have gone no where else multipoint inspections always in the green! had oil changed and go home seeing my power steering fluid empty called in was told sorry tech must have missed that bring it BACK when you can.... I work as a hospice medical social worker so my job requires a vehicle not easy to get back into get it looked at but I did had another day off of work then was told I needed to pay a diagnostic fee. for what ???? then from that point on it was t... read more

Complaint Details I brought my Nissan Rogue to this dealership last Tuesday. I have a aftermarket warranty on it as it has over 100 thousand miles on it. My service guy was Borch. I called daily to see if the problem had been figured out and if my warranty was going to cover anything. Currently I have a terminal illness and still have to work for everything I have. I brought my car here for a repair, and am happy with my choice! The mechanic = was helpful, friendly, and addressed all my concerns very quickly. He did an independent diagnostic and was honest with me about what my car actually needed. The service was quick and the price was unbeatable!

Southwest Nissan performs good work on vehicles, but has very poor communication. Several times, they have had my vehicle for days without providing any communication over a period of at least 3 days.

My resent buying experience at Grand Blanc Nissan was a great experience thanks to my sales guy Shane and Steve handling the finance part of the sale. Very knowledgeable at what they do. I definitely recommend Grand Blanc Nissan for your car or truck purchase. Sincerely Dan Luetzow
