The parts department is always helpful and answers all of my questions
Worst experience going to this dealership twice. First time I came in for a recall and they messed my alignment up and then I come back for them to fix it and the alignments worst than it went in with. Absolutely horrible technicians who do whatever they want on your car even though you tell them specifically what needs to be done. They even drove the car without my knowledge or consent. Absolutely horrendous Job guys.
Apparently I have a rare Nissan which I wasn't aware of. Went there looking for a specific transmission shifter cable retaining clip, and they were a bit baffled since my car came up a "special build." But they didn't give up, went and matched up my retaining clip by hand with their inventory and sent me on my way. Very nice and helpful, even though it was their lunch break.
