Terrible experience waited over two hours just for an oil change when i had an appointment. When I asked what the delay was the associate stated I was informed when I arrived that they were backed up, which was not true she never told me. When i noticed my vehicle was parked outside the service area for some time I wasn’t advised they were complete. A simple recall fix turned into a nightmare. My experience here is the exact reason I don't utilize dealerships.. the repairs were not well done and my hood is still loose so when I drive, it bounces up and down. I ended up taking my car off the road because I have to have real a mechanic fix what they couldn't to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive with my family in it.
