Terrible experience waited over two hours just for an oil change when i had an appointment. When I asked what the delay was the associate stated I was informed when I arrived that they were backed up, which was not true she never told me. When i noticed my vehicle was parked outside the service area for some time I wasn’t advised they were complete. A simple recall fix turned into a nightmare. My experience here is the exact reason I don't utilize dealerships.. the repairs were not well done and my hood is still loose so when I drive, it bounces up and down. I ended up taking my car off the road because I have to have real a mechanic fix what they couldn't to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive with my family in it. Absolutely terrible. Kevin is the worst and SUPER rude. Had my truck their, heated seat wasn't working. Said It was the battery. Replaced that. Still doesn't work. Back again. Did diagnosis said it was part in the seat. 3 hrs of labor and part was going to cost $900+. Hubby took truck back and looked into it. Had the seat back off in 20 mins replaced part total time less then 1 hr. That still didn't fix it. Called them for diagnosis fee back as they were wrong.
