On December 9th, 2023, I met Dayshon Wade (Finance Manager) and explained my frustration with this car. He carefully listened to my difficulties and advised me to meet Irfan Mohammad (General Manager). In the beginning, I clearly mentioned to Irfan that the salesperson verbally agreed on a base price of $19,000 + Sales tax + Reg. fee. I was going to purchase a vehicle from here. They informed me on a Friday that the car was at their mechanic shop to fix the AC. I was then told to wait over the weekend because the car was not available until Monday morning as they were waiting for a part. When I called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment Monday they told me they had already sold the vehicle from under me. I would not recommend this dealer. They are dishonest and the customer service was awful. Look elsewhere unless you're looking for a headache.
