VERY unprofessional!!! Told us one price to get us in the door (from Moses Lake) then tried to tack on a bunch of fees. After being yelled at by their sales manager Greg Hudson we went down the road to Bill Robertson Nissan in Pasco and walked out with a 2014 Altima SL.
Don't ever take your vehicle for service here! This place is a joke! I pulled up with my wheel smoking and about to fall off at 7:30 am and they were too busy and wouldn't even look at it. The guy behind the service desk told me to take it to the gmc dealer.
Wow!! I was really starting to think good customer service was dead...wrong! Thank you Bob Frederick for helping me unlock my gas cap and replacing the battery in my fob! I now know more about my Nissan Maxima!! You are a rock star I will be back for sure!
