I took my car to Nissan in Streetsboro for an oil change while I was there they said they would go over my car. They told me I needed brakes and rotors all the way around which I thought odd since I only had 18,000 miles on my car so I took it to an auto mechanic that I have used many times and trust he said my brakes were good and did not need to be changed. Purchased a used truck 3 weeks ago from Nissan of Streetsboro. The A/C quit working the other day. I called to see if they would do anything for me. I was basically told to pound salt. I guess when you only spend 40,000 dollars that’s what you get. I also looked at the mounds of paperwork and discovered I was charged $550.00 to transfer my plates. NISSAN OF STREETSBORO…. YOU SUCK!
Buying my very first car from this dealership was the best decision I’ve made! I was interested in purchasing a used Nissan and Ish made that happen! He was patient with all my questions, he made sure I was comfortable by offering me water and explained the process to me step by step. I was very nervous buying my car, but Ish made my experience pleasant and memorable. I appreciate the entire Nissan staff for helping me get my 2022 Nissan Altima, but a special thanks to Ish!
No help after sale. Called Jarod Brenneman multiply times about 2020 Nissan Altima purchased on 12/23/20. We did not received any documents, bank information, paperwork for lic plate transfer. This week we have to pay our loan but no information at all. We tried to avoid late fee. I sent you my address verification on last week . Nothing.
I highly recommend Nissan of Streetsboro. Upon entering you are instantly greeted by a friendly receptionist and asked how they can assist you. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, forth coming, polite, respectful, patient, and efficient. General manager Nick Morano personally answered all of my questions and introduced me to his diligent staff. The finance department was efficient, thorough, and not pushy.
