My experience here started off like any other car dealership experience.. i got approved for a car but i was told it had to be serviced and there were parts that had to be repaired and painted, chipped paint on the door and chipped paint on the back of the bumper. don't buy cars here Worst dealership ever the people here play games I put a down payment on a car they said we gonna lend you one until we detail it and make necessary repairs it might take a week or so.....so I'm calling checking when my car will be ready,then they tell me we don't want to sell it to you because it's worse than what we thought so we are gonna sell it at auction instead, do you want anything else on lot I said....no wow I want what I paid for....why would you sell me a car no one ever checked for damage,I'm... read more

I am very disappointed with the total lack of customer service that I received from ********************** employees. On several occasions I was lied to and deceived about the time it would take to have my vehicle repaired and serviced. In addition it seems that there is a culture of treating customers rudely and simply ignoring there arrival and presence. I was helped by **** from Nissan of Stockton and he was incredibly rude, arrogant and inflated the True Value price by 50%. I am a young woman and was looking to buy or trade in my current car for a new Nissan Versa. When I asked about the **** and the True Value price he talked to me like I was a four-year-old and walked out saying I should just ask my fianc. Sold my truck to them...said I would have my tracking number for my payoff the next day.it been 8 days and no tracking number or payoff...no on will take my calls..left 10 message and not one respond to my calls..my truck is on there lot for sale and I have no payoff..it is so easy to overnight my check for payoff.. now I Have 2 payment and interest everyday waiting for payoff...this place is the biggest fraud company
